Questions people actually ask

What happens to our photos if we stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only — campaigns stop taking new photos, but everything already collected stays visible and downloadable. You can export the lot at any time, on any plan.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Plenty of locals cannot put a recurring charge on a card, and the Single Campaign package exists partly for that reason. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Do members need an account?

No. They open a link, add a photo, agree to the consent wording, and they are done. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

Who owns the photos?

You do. We store them so your campaign works and so members can be given theirs back. We do not use them for anything else, and the export button is there so you never have to ask us for a copy.

What will the charge look like on our statement?

One Voice Photo is a Monet Media LLC company, so the charge appears as Monet Media LLC. Worth telling whoever reconciles your card statement, so a line they don't recognise doesn't turn into a dispute.

What if a member changes their mind?

Their photo can be deleted permanently, along with their details and the consent record. Permanently means permanently — not hidden.
